Does being slim make a person beautiful?

Nowadays, being slim is the dominant criteria for being attractive. Whoever is slim is beautiful. Whoever is slim is attractive for the opposite sex. It is therefore no surprise that many people want to be slim. The question is how can one become slim?

Aku nak cerita panjang2 malas la..so aku nak dengar komen dr pembaca2 dan rakan2 je..Hehe..

Meh bgtau pendapat2 korang... (^_^)

herm..nk comment ni kena berhati2 sket ni..byk membe2 yg terasa nnt ni..err..err...xpasai2 benjol kepalo den...
..bg aku la~pandangan peribadi aku..herm..i choose the slim!!..yayy!!..but see whether she use to wear proper clothes..i mean more manner clothes..tutup sane sini..(^_^) , but if she's not, then i rather to choose the 'little bit'fat gurl if she wear more sopan..(-_-*)

disiplin kena kuat kalo nk trunkn berat bdn ni hanee..jap lg aku post cmne nk trunkn 2kg in 1 hour...erm..true stories.. =) , gemok kurus aku xkesah..kalo aku more tgk dalaman dr luaran..(^_^) ,tp kalo bdn berisi best gk..wat bantak peluk best2..ahaks

die ckp cam senang jekkkkkk hanee..ko penah try tak dagu?setakat post org len punye experience tak gune gakk.(tapi aku nk gak bace..hehe..yg baik jdkan sempadan..).u have to feel it la.baru tau senang ke susah..huhu tak sume org nk gemuk..n ade gak yg gemuk tapi takmo kurus..but not me la.aku nk put my weight off "beberapa kilos" hahaha beberape ke?wkakkaa :P ppl like us,weight nih cam yoyo tau.bouncing.dah turun,naik balik..cam da give up pun ade...can u imagine if u are in my shoes mr dagu?hahaha ngeee :D

xdala btul..nk citer pjg ni..tahun 2005 aku ade join karisma kt shah alam..i play bhgn silat olahraga,..i'm kelas D (65-60kg)..but my weight mse tu terlebih 2kg..67kg..juri bg mase sejam je utk trunkn ke 65kg..jd,dgn dibantu coach n rakan2 laen,bermulalah episod pling extreme dlm idup aku..wat i have to do pakai baju tebal2 pki jacket..di panas2 terik!!..peserta kena timbang kt atas menara tu..kt bgnan engineering...kt car park bwh tu...terpaksa la berjoging selama 1jam tnpa henti dgn panas mcm %$^%$..peluh jgn ckp la..smpi jacket luar aku pun basah kuyup..dh sejam tu,tawakal je la..tgk2 cukup 64.5kg..msing2 bersorak2..aku igt lg that moment..wlaupun xdpt msuk final round tp ade pengalaman berharga dlm karisma 2005 tu.. (^_^)

same la taste ko ngn hanee ek..yg tengah2..bukn skrg ur figure mmg dh sedang2 ke ksal?..ke dh 3bln xjumpe ni..bdn ko dh naek mendadak..?!..hehe..ok..bole sesiapa bgtau aku..berat or figure yg sedang2 tu camne?berape?..adakah 52kg?..or 35-50!!-28?..hehehe... =p

haha3..yeps that's my true stories..no one realize..wat they know..pki ketat2 then joging..nnt laen plak jadinye..ade org laen ikut kte joging..yg sbnrnye...nk tgk lengguk2 bdn wanita tu je..he3..yg kte tgk athlete pki bj ketat2 tu sbb mmg bdn dorg dh slim!!..dorg just nk take stamina je..so..pki baju panas/sejuk..then lari bwh2 mentari..lg byk baju ko pki..lame cepat lemak tu "burn".. =) ,try sne..tp kena skurang2nye sejam non stop..can u do that..hehe..kalo x ye berenti2..it's ok..

alah,hanee..walaupon aku ni tinggi,,ko x tau yang mak n ayah aku, mak n pak saudara aku pon dh kate yg aku ni dh gemok...pipi dh tembam,dh ade double chin(yg tu mmg dh lame ade)...aku x nk la kurus sgt...nk dlm 58 or 60 kg je dr berat aku skang yg mencecah 65 kg neh.....
